Love story in Rashid

It's real love story happened since 215 years beside the Nile in Rashid city during the French campaign in 1799 between beautiful lady who called Zubaydah who was daughter for famous trader in the city and general Jack Mino who responsible about the french forces in the city

Some tales talked about Zubaydah was married from Egyptian man before Mino and other tales talked she was still girl

In 1799 he loved her and he attempted to find way to tell her that but regarding to the Egyptian traditions no way to talk with girl

In 1799 General Jack Mino converted to Islam and visited her father to ask him to marry his daughter

Actually he married Zubaydah and live together in her house and in 1800 they travelled to Cairo because he became the leader for French campaign in Egypt

But England put pressure on France to withdraw from Egypt so the Gen. Jack travelled with his  wife and his son who called  Solomon  to Italy and they lived there for 10 years before he died there

After his death some tales talked about her travelling to France and she suffered with his son who died during her searching about her husband's family but she failed and she  lived homeless for the second period with her son until she returned to Egypt to live with her father until she died
